What is Time Variance Authority-TVA?

     Time Variance Authority is the place where very responsible to monitoring and keep the entire timeline of the Multiverse safe and secure. 

     In previous released TV spots Loki mentioned '3 stupid Lizards', yes they are the Time keepers. 

     They also to take action on other beings who tried to alter or change the timeline of the multiverse. 

     Mobius M. Mobius, who is the bureaucrat of the Time Variance Authority and the middle management of them.

     The character which is played by Owen Wilson. 

     And, the series got a 2D animated character which is act like an automated AI, named as Miss Minutes.
